Who We Are
A boiler shop that
also erects what it builds
Since 1995 we have fabricated, erected and commissioned boilers and process plants for the sugar, chemical, dairy and distillery industries — along with the heavy structural work that holds them up. Because the fabrication and the erection are both ours, accountability never gets handed off.

Steam boilers, hot water boilers and thermic fluid heaters — erected, overhauled and recommissioned.

Steam separators, steam dryers, cheveron boxes and demister pads built to drawing.

Soot Blowers
L.R.S.B., R.S.B. and M.S.B. soot blowers manufactured, installed and serviced in-house.

H.P. & L.P. Steam Piping
Boiler steam lines, turbine exhaust, feed water and diesel or gas pipelines up to 67 kg/cm².

P.R.D.S. Stations
Pressure reducing and pressure reducing & de-superheating stations, skid assembled and tested.

Pollution Control
Wet scrubbers and dust collectors that keep stack emissions inside compliance limits.

Heavy Structural Works
M.S. structures and stainless structural fabrication of any complexity, shop or site.

Industrial Chimneys
M.S. and S.S. boiler stacks and generator stacks fabricated and erected to specification.
How We Work
One team, four stages
From the first drawing to the trial run, the same team stays with your job.

Drawing & Estimation
We work from your drawings or develop them with you, then quote against a clear bill of materials and schedule.

Shop Fabrication
Cutting, rolling, forming and welding in our own workshop — every joint traceable to an I.B.R. approved welder.
03
Transport & Erection
Shifting, rigging and site erection handled by our own crews, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
04
Testing & Commissioning
Hydraulic testing, alignment and trial runs until the plant is handed over running to specification.
